I have been teaching yoga from 2006 and reading tarot from 2016. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire. I have studied with many teachers across all disciplines but am led by what I find to be most effective in my own experience with applied practice.

I live on Wabanaki land in Kittery, Maine with my husband, our son, and two dogs. My joy comes from grounded time at home, traveling the world with my family, and steadily sharing personal practices that have worked for me along the way.
